1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the domain registration or hosting service activation has already been initiated or if the service is live.
- In cases where cancellation is not possible, the service can be discontinued at the end of the billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
- Domains & Renewals:
- Domain registrations, renewals, and other time-sensitive services are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processed.
- Custom & Third-Party Services:
- Services involving custom development, SSL certificates, third-party integrations, or software licenses are non-refundable after purchase.
- In-Progress Services:
- If a service (such as hosting setup, website migration, or cloud configuration) is already in progress, cancellation will not be possible, but the service can be discontinued after the billing period.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The service provided is not as described on our platform.
- There is a technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service activation via email to support@dataspeaks.cloud along with a valid reason and supporting evidence.

- If you experience technical issues or defects in hosting, cloud services, or domain configurations:
- Please report the issue to our customer support team within 30 days of occurrence.
- The issue will be verified by our technical team, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued based on our review.
5. Third-Party Services & Warranties
- For third-party services (e.g., software, themes, plugins, SSL certificates) that include a warranty from the provider:
- Customers must contact the respective provider for support, refunds, or service issues.
- DATASPEAKS.CLOUD is not responsible for third-party service failures, performance issues, or refund processing.
6. Refund Processing Time
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed as follows:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refund Method: The amount will be credited via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
